Traditionally, there is one, a new one, every xmas.
(I’ve watched them for xmas eve)
Last year’s was the EECHEE-BAHN, number 1,
download for the entire year ! (1.6 million)

AND AS A SURPRISE TREAT

FOR THE FIRST TIME…

A student was ’streamed’ having gay ‘relations’,
and later takes a ‘header’ off the GW Bridge?

RUTGERS CLAIMS IT’S NOT LIABLE
(financially) FOR THE SUICIDE !

I KNOW THE FAMILY IS HURTING,
BUT I HAVE TO AGREE WITH RUTGERS !
(some money WILL change hands anyway, but…)

This isn’t an incident between 2 children
being supervised by ‘baby-sitters’ 24/7…

THE PEOPLE INVOLVED ARE ADULTS !
IT’S BETWEEN THEM, NOT THE HOTELIER !

If 2 people rent rooms in a hotel,
bump into each other, and have an altercation
where one of them is ‘wronged’…
IT’S NOT THE HOTEL’S FAULT !
The same as if it happened on the street, or in a park !

A college dormitory isn’t a prison.

and there aren’t guards on suicide watch…

(or nurses wiping your asses)



The ‘inmates’ are young (stupid) adults

who don’t always have the best judgement !

(like all young adults, most of them NOT in school & manage)

How can the landlord be liable for something
they did NOT do, or could NOT have prevented,
and that even THE LAW hasn’t addressed yet ?

If the school IS responsible…

they should get out of the student housing business,
make it private, or have residents sign statements
releasing the school from liability for PERSONAL actions
that might result in financial liability for the school !

IF THE FIRE DOORS ARE CHAINED SHUT
AND IT RESULTS IN DEATH?

that’s another story…
but 18 years old and above, fucking around, ball-busting,
is something the individual is responsible for,
not the ‘ALL-SEEING’ big-brother management !


ON ANOTHER NOTE…

I was NOT displeased to see that the guy on Long Island,
who shot a white teen who converged on his house,
with a group of others, to confront?, beat?, kill? his son
for some made-up bullshit (recanted later) by a white girl…

HAD HIS PRISON SENTENCE COMMUTED
(by the idiot governor of NY who finally did something right)

You’re so tough.. looking for trouble..?

DON’T CRY FOR JUSTICE WHEN IT FINDS YOU !
and justice bites-you-in-the-ass for being an a-hole !

I’m sorry someone had to die,
but I can’t say I wouldn’t do the same thing
if a gang of teens ‘marched’ on my house !
I’d do what I had to do to protect my house and family…
(the victim’s family would have probably done the same)

GIVING THANKS ?

I guess it’s the time of year for it anyway…

and I never thought I could feel this way…

(espec. on this subject, because I’ve ALWAYS wanted one)

(middle-aged & hanging on tight)

But after see-ing 5 minutes of
HOUSEWIVES of BEVERLY HILLS
(my daughter had it on)
My life, as under-achieved as it’s been
(compared to my youthful expectations),

HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL LIFE

AND I AM BLESSED !!!

These MORE than grown women…
(they ain’t young anymore)
with such empty lives & vapid thoughts,
are things you might expect from 13 year olds !
(they’re genuine, not reading from a script,
and seem to think they are to be admired(?)
or ‘better’ than the others on the show)


PERSONALLY…

It would be a much less satisfying life for me
to be one of them… a sad life, in fact !
I DON’T HAVE THAT MUCH LEFT-OVER TIME
IN A DAY TO BE THAT MUCH A MORON !

I never considered myself as a great thinker,
but it’s nice to know there’s such a ‘cushion’
of non-thinkers below me on the ‘ladder’ !

If shown one of their ‘catty’ conversations…
and told I could have a date with my choice?

I’D GO TO A BALL-GAME (not that kind of ‘ball game’)
WITH THE CAMERA MAN !
They’re the reason some guys don’t marry,
or don’t think women their equals… just window dressing !

I’ve gotten off the Kellie Martin bandwagon !
I started ‘following’ her on TWITTER,
and she comes across as a lot closer to the ‘wives’
than a real person, in the real world !
THE ONE KICKER?
I always thought her projects were so poorly written
because of her ‘lowly’ level in show business.
IT WAS ALL SHE WAS OFFERED & SUCKED IT UP !
Turns out she thinks she’s doing ‘Shakespeare’
and isn’t aware of the horrible material she does !
(and I’m including NBC’s Jensen Project stinker)
I recognize that content might not be my cup-of-tea,
but even making allowance for that…
The scripts are strictly amateur night,
even I could make major improvements on them!
BUT SHE SEEMS HAPPY IN HER DELUSIONS !

When I suggested it (for years),

it wasn’t such a good idea…

but someone (anyone?) whose opinion my wife respects
convinced her that a webcam for video calls
to sons in Colorado (we’re in NJ),
and perhaps video calls to her sister, nieces,
and grand-nieces in the UK
made it a necessity & to buy one quickly !

Installing the software and getting it up and running
was no problem for me (simple in fact)…
but it’s convinced me that video conferencing

IS NOT FOR ME !!!

I’m more gruesome looking that I ever imagined !!!

Funny thing… that guy in the mirror that I shave
semi-regularly, seems to be a more present-able person !
Not handsome, but not ready for bell-ringing at Notre Dame.

I’M SURPRISED LITTLE KIDS DON’T
CRY, POINT, OR SCREAM !

So, for the time being, RIP Renfield
will NOT be turned into a video blog or tv program !

ADDENDUM
My suggestions have included putting the laptop
at the end of the dining room table
and sharing a meal…
starting here on our table & ending on the other side of the laptop.
